To induce more creativity and cooperation between science and art platforms in Latvia and The world, after the initiative of the Institute of Agricultural Resources and Economics (AREI), together with several known artists to make an art project named ART FOR SCIENCE.

This creative project will be in progress till the end of this year, working together with artists and leading Latvian and European agricultural resource breeders and scientists. Getting inspiration from agricultural sciences pragmatic and revelatory processes after which there will be made paintings, interior items, and textile.

Well-known artists in Latvia and The world are currently participating in the creation of this project like Agnese Vaļiniece, Dita Lūse, Ineta Freidenfelde, Maija Graudiņa, Margita Jumīte but pleasant surprises are expected among the participants during the whole project.
